STEM THE ART at OCEAA - January

New year means new unit! Students learned about geometry and tessellations and applied their knowledge of math to visual arts. After observing examples of geometry in visual arts with works by Pablo Picasso, Claude Monet, and Vincent Van Gogh, these scholars had a try at making their own art with shapes and tessellations.

Later, students also learned about the different colors and conducted a chromatography experiment with Skittles!
